This peaceful retreat offers complete privacy and exclusivity, where you won’t have to share the house, the pool, or any outdoor areas with other guests. It’s perfect for a single group or one to two families looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, with the convenience of the beach and local services just a short distance away.

The poolside sun deck is the perfect spot to relax under the sun or enjoy meals with stunning views of the Adriatic coast and the Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains.
The pool is equipped with lighting and comes with sun loungers and beach-umbrellas. There is also a changing room and shower available.
Garden
The garden features a built-in barbecue and an iron grill, perfect for preparing traditional and delicious Abruzzo-style arrosticini.
There’s also a sea-view veranda equipped with a ping-pong table and fitness equipment.
For children, a well-lit soccer and mini-basketball court is available, making it usable even in the evening.
The property offers a large, private parking area with space for up to 10 cars.

The first floor features two bedrooms: a spacious quadruple room with a double bed, bunk beds, and a TV, as well as a second double room with a double bed. The first floor is accessible via an external staircase.
On the ground floor, there is a third double bedroom with a double bed and TV. An additional bed can be set up using the sofa bed in the living room.
There’s a bathroom with a shower on the first floor, and a larger bathroom with a bathtub/shower on the ground floor. A hairdryer is provided, along with the home’s appliances. There is also a small external laundry area with a washing machine and utility sink. Bed linens and towels are provided.
The house accommodates up to nine guests, with a baby cot available upon request.
Kitchen and Living Room
The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with tablecloths, cutlery, dishes, glasses, and various cookware. It features a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher.
The large living/dining area includes an extendable table, a built-in fireplace, comfortable sofas (including a sofa bed), and a TV.
Wi-Fi internet access is also available.

Our property boasts an ideal and convenient location, just 3.5 km from Silvi Marina, a charming coastal town known for its tourism and beautiful 5 km of fine sandy beaches. The vibrant city of Pescara is only 12 km away, featuring an airport, while the picturesque inland Abruzzo villages and the stunning Abruzzo National Park are also within easy reach. Rome is just a two-hour drive away.
Recommended Driving Route:
If coming from the south, take the A14 Pescara Nord-Città Sant’Angelo exit. If coming from the north, exit at A14 Atri-Pineto. In both cases, follow the Statale 16 Adriatica to reach Silvi Marina, then turn onto Via Totaro and continue uphill on Via Santo Stefano, Via San Silvestro, and Via Maiella until you reach the coordinates. This will lead you to a partially gravel private road; after 250 meters uphill, you will arrive at your destination.

A 7% discount will be applied to reservations made by phone or email compared to the prices listed on booking platforms.
The price is all-inclusive, except for a security deposit of €300, which must be paid in cash at check-in and will be refunded in cash at check-out.
The local tourist tax for the Municipality of Silvi is €1.00 per person per day, calculated based on the number of guests at check-in.
A flat fee of €150.00 covers water, electricity, gas, maintenance and pool supplies, as well as the final cleaning of the entire house.
